The writing surface is finished beautifully with a delightful gold-tooled brown leather writing surface insert.

This Regency Style library table will look good in almost any setting and offers more than just a beautiful writing surface – there is more than adequate storage provided by four drawers which are lined in oak. Please note there there are also four dummy drawers for visual balance and effect.

To further emphasis the quality of finish found on this table, all of the drawers are fitted with brass lion’s head handles.

The table top section is supported by a typical Regency Style centre base. This aspect of the piece is reminiscent of the style of work produced by George Bullock with the central column standing on a shaped tripartite base and being fitted with three striking and very substantial ormolu lion’s paw feet.

In terms of size, this Regency Library table is of modest proportions making it suitable for both home and commercial premises use. The table measures 80cm high and has a diameter of 107cm. In feet and inches that would be 2 feet, 7 inches high x 3 feet, 6 inches in diameter. The table is finished all the way around and can be placed anywhere in a room and still look good.
