This is a very attractive and imposing piece of furniture made of superb quality kingwood adorned with some very beautiful marquetry decorative motifs.

When the secretaire abattant’s fall front is open there is revealed a very stylish interior which includes two useful shelves together with four compact drawers that are fitted with small decorative handles. You will also note the very attractive light brown leather writing surface featured on this item.

Even more storage can be found by way of the frieze drawer and the base of the item houses a useful large cupboard that is fitted with two lockable doors as well as two shelves. The secretaire is fitted with the original and working locks and keys.

This secretaire abbatant is in truly excellent condition after having been carefully and sympathetically restored by our craftsmen in our own workshops. Accordingly, we are offering the piece for sale at just £1850.
